                                          Isaac Gowlett [the elder] [1726-?] of Uxbridge;

                                                           The youngest surviving son of William Gowlett [c.1696-1768]
                                                           Little is known of Isaac excepting a possible related entry for a marriage between Isaac Gowlett and
                                                           Hannah Bevy at Marylebone London in 1785. Subsequently a baptism was recorded at Iver [3 miles of Uxbridge]

                                                           However the Christian Name 'Isaac' has only been found in Records relating to the Family of Uxbridge

                                                           The former entry would imply that William's son may very well have survived and that this entry applies to
                                                           either himself or his son as the name 'Isaac' absent from the baptisms recorded for his brother and his two

                                                           Isaac has no Page of his own and the above details are repeated in the Epilogue relating to the

                                                           The name 'Isaac' appears later in the issue of his nephew Richard Gowlett of Uxbridge the eldest son
                                                           of his brother William Gowlett [1719-1746], again a testimonial that Isaac had survived.
